Professional Seeking Double Bedroom in Zone 1

Hello!

My name is Katie, and I just moved to London from the United States to work as an accountant in Central London.

I am looking for a double bedroom flat in zone 1 to help with my commute to work. I am willing to pay up to ?950 pcm, all bills included (e. g., council tax, utilities, internet, etc.). I would prefer my own bathroom, but I am also willing to share. I am looking for a place that is clean and nice to come home to in the evenings after a long day of work.

The qualities I look for in a flatmate are as follows:

- Offers a welcoming environment

The qualities potential flatmates should expect from me are that I am clean, friendly, respectful, and keep to myself -- though I do enjoy nice laid-back evenings consisting of movies, some yummy food, and a bottle of wine. I also enjoy traveling, when time permits, and going out to new restaurants and exploring the city (e. g., markets, parks, and going on hikes in nearby areas).
