Hi there and thanks for taking a look at my ad, I am a senior model consultant at an agency in the northern quarter and I currently live in a lovely flat at the bottom of Blackfriars rd.
I have lived there for 1 year now and I live with a 26 year old girl who is a nurse, I have really enjoyed my time there and I am only moving as the landlord is moving his family into the apartment and so isn?t renewing the contract.
I have never had as much as a disagreement with my flat mate and you can speak to her to verify anything and that I am a good, clean and tidy flatmate. I prefer living with a girl as they are generally cleaner than guys and easier to get along with.
I want to stay in the City centre area as the city is really my home now and with working here as well it?s just perfect.
I am looking for a flat mate who I can get along with and who is used to sharing with someone and picking up after themselves as this can make a huge difference. I am a social guy and have friends here, but I am also very house proud so not one for party?s at my place or causing drama.
