Full time professional looking for a flatshare

I am a full-time professional looking for someone to flatshare with. I would prefer the flat mate to be a professional too, but am okay with students as well. En-suite is preferred, but not necessary. Would prefer bills (gas and electricity, Wi-Fi) to be included in the rent, along with white goods. Nevertheless, keys to own room is a must.

I am not heavily into partying and stuff, so you won't have to worry about any mess! I am a neat and tidy person, and so will clean up after myself. I don't mind if you bring your friends/family across, as long as they don't make too much of a mess/will clean up after themselves I tend to reflect the disposition of others around me, so if you want to keep to yourself or be social, I will reciprocate, as long as general social boundaries are respected.

Along with what has been mentioned above, I am an open minded person, and so don't mind what life choices you make or what convictions you have, as long as you are being a decent human being in your actions. :)
