22 year old professional, works 6 days a week

I am a 22 year old and I work as a waiter/bartender for a restaurant in sa1, I need to move to Swansea as I live too far from work and spend too much time and money traveling.
I currently live with my friend in an unfurnished house so I do own things like a bed, tv, pots and pans ect so I would prefer if I could use my own bed, but this isn?t nessesary as I have family willing to store it for me if needs be.
I would like to move on or around the 31st as this is when I am paid and can pay bond/deposit and rent!
I mostly work 6 days a week and am currently on 7.38 ph plus an average of 0.80 ph in tips, this averages out at 40-50 hours a week (all depending on how busy we are)my pay is set to rise once I am fully trained in the cuisine.
I can also acquire a reference from my employer if nessesary to confirm my employment/hours/wages ect as they will be happy to help!
I am a clean and tidy person and I usually clean as I go as I don?t like letting it build up, I spend a lot of my time out either at work or with friends and family but when I am home I?m usually doing laundry/cleaning or cooking a meal from scratch, with the occasional day where I don?t do much and try and rest as I?m on my feet a lot with traviling around and work ect!
I don?t really have a preference of who I wish to live with as I?ve always seemed to get along with anyone!
I would like a property near sa1 waterfront as this is where I work and don?t want to spend to much time travelling around like I am now!
