I am a 25 year old female in full time work, I am looking for a double room for just myself & am willing to pay a deposit/rent upfront. I am very clean, quiet & willing to lend a hand whenever needed. I have a 3 year old daughter who lives with her dad full time but would spend time with me the odd days when I am off work would not always be in the house as we like to go for days out so we are not stuck inside
