Young professional looking for a room in Croydon

Hi!
I'm a 27 years old Italian professional who's gonna live in Croydon to work there starting from the second week of January.

I'm not a smoker, I don't need any housing benefits and I'm looking for a calm, spacious and bright room closed to the center of the borough, and in particular to the shops and the East station.
I'd like to share the flat with other young professionals or students, but possibly with no more than 2 or 3 flatmates.

I could provide all the needed references during my viewing, as well as my working contract. I'm available to arrange viewings starting from 10th January.
