Looking for a nice clean and welcoming place to call home for a year while I start my new career in software consultancy in central London end of January!
Ideally Croydon close to train links into central London and fully furnished . If not no problem and require high speed broadband for potential weekend work !
I?m 28, half Irish half English , easy going , very clean and tidy and sociable if needed ! I don?t smoke but enjoy the odd cold beer / glass of wine with anyone , Although I will be working a lot and potentially working away too !
Hopefully looking to find a female landlord or older male just from a past experience with younger guys not being great !
