I am a professional male aged 33 and a PhD student at the University of Dundee looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 05/01/2019 and have a budget of ?400-500 pcm. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 25 and 99 years old.

I am a laid-back and respectful person. Can socialise but not as an extreme as a party animal. Prefer to have mature students or those who are working as flatmates.
