Home or Housemate Wanted

My name is Dani and I'm a film Producer looking for Non-smokers, Cat-friendly ppl/household. You already have a house/flat OR we can search together. I have a cat with impeccable references and need a place where pets are ok. I'm athletic (surfing, hiking, biking, just bought a surf kite), sociable, enjoy sharing the food I cook & chillaxing. I do most of my socialising out of the house and entertain at home only occasionally.

I prefer a peaceful home (music and entertaining are fine, frequent parties not so much). I am pretty chill(ed) after living in California and like a well-kept, comfortable home where everyone feels welcome. I do not own/watch a tele. I do stream and use earbuds. My adult cat sleeps on my bed most of the time, is very snuggly and non-territorial. I'm looking forward to clean air and hearing birds more than traffic. Am handy & known for taking such good care of my home that the landlord never has to lift a finger.
