Friendly Professional Seeks Room
Hi there, I am a landlady but due to some family stuff, I need the rooms back in my house.
I am looking on behalf of one of my tenants. Simon is a friendly professional, clean and reliable and is a dab hand in the kitchen if you like a nice home cooked meal! He has lived here for the last 2 years but may be looking to move closer to his kids soon so he is seeking a 3 month rental currently.
All bills included properties only please.
All 3 months rent will be paid in advance.
