Clean/quiet professional looking for 2 flatmates

I am a professional male aged 26 looking to share a flat or house with up to 2 clean and quiet professional flatmates. I need an ensuite double room. I will need to meet all flatmates before agreeing to move-in.

I want to move in within in he next few months and have a max budget of ?900pcm- including bills. I need to live within a 45-minute commute of Putney Bridge station- including walking, buses, and trains.

My ideal flatmates are honest, transparent, respectful, responsible, humble, clean and quiet. No drugs, no smokers, no getting drunk, no loud music, and no loud TVs please. I'm looking for flatmates that like to split the chores, clean up after themselves, and prefer to use headphones like me. I would also like flatmates who won't have guests over all the time (including girlfriends) and go to sleep at normal times during the working week- by 10-11pm Sunday- Thursday.

For fun, I love to watch and play football, play video games, listen to hip-hop, and hang out with friends in the city.
