Chef seeks a double room

I am a chef aged 35 looking for a double room. I am available to move from 01/02/2019 and have a budget of ?750 pcm. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 18 and 45 years old. I am a little bit geeky and enjoy playing boardgames (I have few in my collection), I respect another people privecy and expecting the same. I like have a conversations with a cup of tea or coffee.
