25/26 y/o Female looking for friendly house.

Hello! I?m an almost-26 year old looking to move into the city after years of living out in the Styx.
I work in town and am hoping to find a house that preferably closer to the centre, but more importantly for flat mates that are sociable but respect each other?s space.
I am an English and Creative Writing graduate and I spend my free time writing, reading, drawing and painting so I can be frequently found with a cup of coffee and my headphones on, hunched over my desk but I am almost always happy for company.
I enjoy staying in and watching tv or films with a bottle of wine or popping out to the pub. I am all game for parties if they?re hosted in the house but I must admit I?m a bit beyond partying every other night, so I?m looking for people who feel the same.
I?m bisexual so I?m hoping to find a supportive household that has LGBTQ community allies or members. I?m also not adverse to pets or smokers.
