Friendly Light-Hearted Young Professional

Hi! My name is Hannah, I'm currently living in Ilkley and work full time as a web developer in Otley so looking for somewhere with an easy commute.

I'm really friendly and easy to get on with. I used to be a professional cleaner and have also done pet-setting and been a dog walker for "problem dogs" so I'm good at keeping the place clean and tidy and am also happy to live with any kind of animal.

I love spending time with my friends and family and am a keen runner with clubs/races as well as just for fun. I play piano and also love a good book, netflix binges and cooking for friends. I've lived in shared housing for 10 years now so I'm used to all the ins and outs of it. I'm very considerate and willing to compromise and discuss things.

I've moved around quite a bit the last few years with different temporary contracts so now that I have a permanent job I'd like to find somewhere stable where I can stay for the next few years until I'm ready to get my own place. I'd really like to be somewhere where people are happy to socialise a little like watching tv on an evening or occasionally going to the pub / getting takeaway - house shares can be a bit anonymous otherwise!

I need to give a month's notice to my current landlord so I'd be available to move in from the 20th of August.

My budget is 400-550 a month including bills. Happy with a furnished or unfurnished room but I do have my own desk and drawers which I would like to bring with me as I sometimes work from home.
