Looking for a professional house for fresh start

From Hong Kong, currently at Swansea. Wanting a fresh start in a new town. I have BNO visa so I can stay at least 5 years. Will be job-hunting right now or while I live there. Not a party-er nor very social, so will not have much guests. Would like viewing. Current contract end on July 1st 2023, but I can try and come earlier in mid to late June
Preferences (can be discussed):
-for Newport, live closer to the city centre for easier commutes i. e. NP19. For Cardiff, as long as commute to train station is convenient, any part is fine (priority)
-would like dishwasher but not necessary
-bills included (i. e. water, gas, wifi, electricity & maybe council tax) will be great as I prefer not to constantly worry over utility meter. Interval utility payments can be considered as long as not all over the place. Some bills included is also fine
1 dealbreaker: smoking
*Ask if u need more info. Will provide references if asked but I have only ever rented at 2 places after leaving student accommodation. Cost can be discussed as long as reasonable
