Banish the monotonous housemate syndrome
Hi! I’m Matthew, 34, and I’m on the hunt for a new room (or flat share) to move into around 20th April, as my current landlord has decided to sell the property.
A little about me: I work full-time in luxury skincare — which means there are often product goodies floating around and I’m always happy to share the occasional free facial or skin advice with housemates! I work from home a few days a week, and I also work part-time in the music industry, so you’ll usually find me out at a gig once or twice a week.
I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, clean, tidy and very respectful of shared spaces. I’m definitely more “cosy night, good chat and a takeaway” than party house — think calm, easy-going home vibes rather than chaos.
I’m single, a gay man, and would love to live in an LGBTQIA-friendly home with like-minded people. Ideally somewhere that actually feels like a home — friendly, relaxed and sociable (a kitchen chat or the occasional shared dinner is always nice), but with everyone having their own space too.
I’m hoping to find a place with no more than two other people, and a warm, positive atmosphere.
I’m financially stable, reliable with rent and bills, and happy to provide references.
If this sounds like a good match, I’d love to hear from you — and your skin will thank you too!
