Professional Female seeks a double room

I am a professional female aged 30 looking for a large double room. I'm looking to move as soon as possible, but I require 30 days notice.

It is essential that I either have an unfurnished living room or a bed room large enough to fit a 3 seater sofa and 2 seater pull out bed, along with a 55" TV and stand.

I would like to share with males or females ideally between 25 and 35 years old but no more than 2.

I'm looking for a friendly and outgoing room mate to share long term. I work full time Monday- Friday 8 30 - 17 30 and I'm looking for someone I can hang out with but will also respect my privacy when I need space.

Must be clean and tidy and able to take care of themselves. I'm a minimalist and hate clutter so I need somebody that will clean up after themselves and do their share.

Similar interests would be nice, but as long as we get along that's the main thing.
