Looking for a room or to 'Buddy up'

I'm looking for somebody to buddy up with to find an apartment close to the city centre, I work in the city centre but also have to travel for work so ideally I would need a parking space.

*About me*
I am a 29 year old young professional who works in the centre Monday - Friday. I'm a sociable person who enjoys going for dinner and drinks with the girls. I do also love to have a chilled night in with a glass of wine especially during the week as I start work quite early some days.
I'm looking for a friend as well as a housemate, who enjoys socialising but also their own space.
