I am a female student aged 20 looking for a single or double ensuite room. I need to move in by 23/09/2019 before the academic year starts and have a budget of up to ?160pw including bills. I also have a pet snake who lives in a wooden vivarium, he makes no noise and does not smell so is little trouble. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 20 and 30 years old.
