Self contained annex, small house , flat .

Retired, career in textiles, single, educated to MA , non smoking, fastidiously tidy, respectful, active gentleman with one mature house trained pug (breed of dog) companion who sleep upwards of 16 hours a day ( wish I was able to do so ...haha)..... Looking for a friendly, homely, non smoking environment , ideally a flat or small house ideally a short term let as I am between houses having recently sold my Penzance apartment.

In the hopeful event you would be able to accommodate my wishes I would be more than willing to furnish excellent references and reimburse any credit check costs .

PLEASE NOTE ....no interest in multi house share and I have a small dog that is mature, quiet and fully house trained . Willing to pay a rental premium to allay any fears with regards allowing pets.
