Prof. semi-retired seeking accom. in Chelmsford

Here I am propping up a public art project near Pendle Hill.

I'm presently living in Downham, near Bromley. I'm looking for a room and domestic facilities, at a reasonable rate, in congenial company, somewhere around Chelmsford, where I have family. I need this in order to start a project researching the history of London horse buses, on behalf of The Omnibus Society. I'm a gentleman always, quiet and reasonable, and expect this of others. Don't do drugs or tobacco or violence, and little alcohol. I like to get out and socialise when possible, especially a pub quiz. Like a frame or two of snooker too, and I am still active, and can make a few moves on a dance floor. I'm quite a traveller, and enjoy a visit to Scotland, whenever possible.
