Double Room wanted near Solihull Pkwy,
Starting to work in Birmingham from Feb 19. I work as a Project Manager for an EPCM company and would be staying there when working out of the main office so only a few days a week. I don't like staying in hotels for prolonged periods so a room works better for me.
The Office is in the Solihull Pkwy, so ideally a walking or cycling distance from there would be great.
I have no real preferences on who I would like to live with as I typically get on with everyone I meet and I keep myself to myself. I would like to live in a clean house.
I am clean, quiet easy going.
I would need some form of receipt for the rent also.
