Professional Female seeking double room in G3/G12

I work for Glasgow uni and I am looking to move into a group flat of around 3+ people in G3/G12. My budget is around £500 pcm plus bills. I currently work from home so the place needs to be comfy and cosy -- I've done the scabby student flat thing before and I'm over it 😝 Would love to make new friends in the Glasgow area so looking for similar people who are keen to do stuff (within the limits of Covid 😬). I currently live with family in Falkirk so I can move anytime, as long as the place and people are right!
