25y/o female PhD student seeking long term tenancy

I'm Becca, a neuroscience and pharmacology PhD student at the University of Bath. I am a clean, tidy and sociable tenant, I enjoy good conversations, being active/playing sport, microadventures outdoors (wild swim or random weekend hike anyone?) and living sustainably.

Although I'm a student, my general routine is more like that of a young professional - I work (mostly up in the lab on campus or sometimes in Bristol) 9am-6pm and spend my evenings and weekends being active and/or socialising. I'm hoping to live with people with similar-ish routines/lifestyles to make for a friendly, cheerful, wholesome household!

One thing I think many of us have come to appreciate after spending so much time "staying at home" during the pandemic is that it really matters that we feel safe, respected and comfortable - and heck even liked/loved! - where we are living and that's often down to who we live with. So in a very longwinded way, I'm saying ideally I'd like to live with decent people who appreciate the value of human connection so are keen to hang out and be friends, as well as housemates!! :)

My move in date is flexible - my current tenancy ends at the end of August, but my (lovely!) landlady has said terminating early is fine given the only reason the tenancy is ending is because she has decided to sell the house!
