Post-grad student looking for a double room!

Hi! I'm moving to Edinburgh in late August/early Sept for a masters in environmental policy/politics and am looking for a double room in a friendly house. I'm really keen not to live in 'student accommodation' and to find somewhere that can really feel as though it's my home. I've lived in house shares for the last 5 years whilst working in Cambridge and really loved it.

I am friendly and sociable but also respectful of personal space. I am equally likely to spend my evenings having a drink/dinner with friends or going to a gig as reading a book or watching Netflix.

I am clean and tidy and very happy to do my share of the chores. I enjoy cooking and baking (my sourdough starter is called Mike) and always make far too much for one person, so am more than willing to share what I make! I love gardening, walking and generally being in nature, so am very much looking forward to exploring Edinburgh's surroundings.
