Professional Female seeks a double room

I am a professional female aged 37 looking for a large double room in Chester. I've lived in Chester for 13 years since doing my Fine Art degree/masters here. I'm an artist and visiting lecturer at the University.

I am available to move as soon as I find somewhere nice and have a budget of 450pcm for rent. I would consider buddying up to share with one or two others.

I would prefer a place with a garden/patio space with bike storage.

I don't mind if it's an unfurnished place as I have a lot of furniture already, including a double bed and many other bits and pieces. I have lots of plants that kept me company over lockdown to make it feel homely! 🌿🪴

I'm a very creative person and it would be great to share with like minded individuals.

Other hobbies include cycling, swimming, singing and playing clarinet.
