Ideal annexe/room to rent
Sensible, and mature for age 19 year old business student with own business looking for an annexe for myself and my partner. Clean, tidy, friendly and well mannered.
The property would ideally be within 30 minutes drive of Gloucester, and an en-suite, double room would be preferable.
I'm extremely sensible, pet friendly and have transport so rural location is no issue. I'm happy to housesit, or look after pets for the landlord also.
An annexe or private flat would be most suited as I would prefer my own space, but if the right property came up then I would consider a room to rent.
I have excellent references, a DBS certificate and a guarantor.
