3 friends looking for a 3 bed flat or house!

Hi everyone😊 we're a group of friends and current flatmates aged 24, 26 and 33 respectively; since our current tenancy is coming to an end, we're looking for a new place to move in all together by the end of May (the earlier the better)! We would like to find a place that's close to the Northern line between Balham and Bank, well connected in terms of buses (155 etc) as well. A 3-bedroom would be ideal, but we're open to considering 4-bedrooms as well, if it fits an approx. £800-per-person budget. We're all super considerate, quiet and financially secure, and we can't wait to hear from you!
