Easy-going designer, 29, seeking 2-bed buddy-up

Hey! I'm a designer looking for someone to buddy up with for a 2-bed, 2-bath place.

A bit about me: I'm in the office most days but sometimes work from home (very rare). Pretty active, love running, cycling, hiking, and going to the gym. I'm also always up for trying new sports, even when I'm hilariously bad at them (paddle, golf and tennis 😂).

I don't drink or smoke, and I'm just as happy having a cozy night in with a good show as I am heading out for something social or exploring somewhere new.

Ideally looking for someone with a similar vibe, respectful, clean, and easy to live with. I do need a place with assigned parking since I commute out of the city for work everyday.
