1 room in flat share required for 29yo female

I am in full time employment as a Medical secretary. I am outgoing and sociable, but also know when to give people their privacy and space.

I am looking for a bedroom in a flat share with preferably one other flatmate.

My maximum budget would be 650 per month, bills included. Or £650 plus approx £200 for bills.

I have been renting for around 7 years at various rental properties in Birmingham, and can provide you with landlord references if needed.

I am looking for a year tenancy which will potentially lead to longer.
