Looking for a professional modern house share

I currently live in Penarth but I am currently looking to move as currently the house share I am in is quite full and I would like somewhere a little quieter to live. I am a very clean person so I would expect the same of those I am living with, I work long hours; so during the week I would only be around in the evenings. I do love a good social, so I am very laid back and I am up for going to a nice country pub (Who doesn’t like a glass of Prosecco on sunny day ey?!)
