Flatmate needed

Hi - I need a flatmate to avoid paying over the odds for a studio / 1 bed after moving out of my previous tenancy. Currently living in a mates? spare room so available now as don?t want to outstay my welcome!

I?ve lived in Manchester for 2 years and I?m originally from Newcastle. I work in management consultancy (please don?t ask what that means) which means I travel and stay away a lot during the week, and on weekends have a pretty usual set of interests - football, music, films etc. I?m pretty laid back and reasonably tidy without being over the top about it, so ideally someone similar to that would be good!

Would be looking for somewhere preferably modern and in the city centre - Castlefield / Salford border near the big Sainsbury?s is a pretty good location but not massively fussy so long as it?s central and new-ish, and paying somewhere up to around 550 per month
