Looking for a 1 bed/room in a houseshare/buddy up

I'm Holly, a 36 year old freelance radio/podcast producer currently living in Nunhead. I've been in south London for 13 years and love where I live now but my landlady's living circumstances have changed and I'm going to have to move out by September. This means I'm not in a huge rush but thought I'd get looking now in case the right place suddenly pops up!

I'd be happy with a one-bed, or as part of a small house share, however I am freelance and work from home a lot of the time, so I need somewhere I can work from during the day. I'd love to stay in the Nunhead/Peckham area but open to other parts of SE/E London too.

I'm very sociable and enjoy going to gigs/galleries/the cinema, going out to the pub or out for dinner, and equally enjoy a quiet night in and cooking for people. I am a very respectful housemate and like to keep a clean, and mostly quiet house, though it is nice to have friends over now and then. I come with a nice array of houseplants, and I'm also trained in floristry so always happy to brighten up the living room.
