Looking for a 1 bed/room in a houseshare/buddy up

Hi, I'm Holly, a freelance radio+podcast producer/sound designer. I'm currently living Dulwich/Forest Hill but my landlady has sold my lovely flat so I need to move somewhere by the end of April.

Ideally I'm looking for a small house share (max 2 other housemates) or I'd happily take on my own place. I've been in south London for 14 years and spend a lot of my time around the Peckham area so I'm mostly looking around there, but open to other places if the right option comes up!

I am freelance and work from home fairly often, so I need somewhere I can work from during the day. I've been doing this for 4 years now and am very respectful when it comes to e. g. not using the heating much when everyone else is at the office - it's never been an issue for past houses I've lived in.

I'm very sociable and enjoy going to gigs/galleries/the cinema etc, going out to the pub or out for dinner, and equally enjoy staying in and cooking for people. I love reading, playing the piano, writing. I come with a nice array of houseplants, and I'm a very-part-time florist so always eager to brighten up the living room.

I am a very respectful housemate and like to keep a clean, and mostly quiet house, though it is nice to have friends over sometimes (my friends are all very nice and fun), and the very occasional party if everyone is up for it! (Though my party house days are definitely over).
