55 year old Male seeks a double room

I am a male aged 55 looking for a double room. I am available to move 01/05/2026 and have a budget of 700pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age.

I'm a self employed building contractor and I work in the local area. I do a lot of work for schools and I can provide glowing references for this.

I consider myself professional, clean, tidy, friendly and I don't tend to stress very easily. I'm Irish and have been back working in London for the past 12 years.
