A soon to be MSc graduate (potentially starting a PhD at the end of the year) aged 25 looking for a double room. I work in a busy A&E department full-time. I am available to move in from December 2022 preferably but am happy to discuss it later dates. I have a budget of 400-450pcm (willing to increase depending on the property).
I have no preference when it comes to the gender of the person I share with. Ideally between 22 and 35 years old. I’m a clean, quiet and respectful housemate! Also, up for a laugh and a drink from time to time...
