Double in shared or buddy to form a share

Looking to either rent a double room in Bradford Halifax or Leeds close to the centre of each or find a person or persons to buddy up and rent a flat or house in the same areas..

I'm looking at 100 a week max for bills included double room .
I will be looking for a modern clean property as I'm asthmatic and cannot live in damp places
I'm a clean and tidy person and would expect the same in any shared areas.
I'd prefer an ensuite but happy to share bathrooms as long as it's not one bathroom between 4 people or something as that's just silly lol .. I'm a happy person who works strange hours and so want somewhere open to comings and goings at 1 in the morning as its mostly night starts. I do retail stock taking. Hence the out of hours work and i travel with it so long hours which means I tend to sleep through the day and get up and move about making food etc late in the evening and would want any homemates to be ok with this. Obviously I would be respectful and keep noise to a minimum.

I dont mind smokers although I dont smoke myself.
