Final year student in search for a Room or Flat

Hi there! In September 2019 I will be completing my 4th and final year studying at the University of Portsmouth. I am working towards a BSc in Property Development so I'm looking for a nice place to stay that isn't overly expensive and is pretty easygoing.

I am open to almost any living conditions, whether it be a single/double room or an entire flat. Ideally, I would like to live with other students in their final years, postgrads or young professionals, although, I am not picky. I've had my fair share of issues living with others so would now like a good environment to relax in and get my work done! :)
