I’m currently looking for a whole property to rent for me and my friend. We’ve lived in the city over several years so happy to locate further out of the property is close to transport links.
Our budget is around 1400pcm excl bills. We’re hoping to have a property secured by the end of April. We’re looking for an unfurnished property but may consider part furnished.
We’ve lived in flats for a while now so we’re looking for a house or town house, with a minimum of 2 double sized bedrooms and preferably 2 bathrooms. While a house is preferable we may consider a flat if it’s quite spacious.
