Looking for a flat, room or buddy in Edinburgh!

Moscow during 2018 World Cup!

Hi everyone! This is Juan, Argentinian living in Glasgow who's just got a job in Edinburgh and doesn't want to commute any more :D I am looking for a room or flat, ideally near Calton Hill/Waverly Station, since my job is nearby. Preferably, I am looking for a young professional or mature student as a flatmate, but I'm open to offers :D

I am 27, just finished my masters in economics and I'm working in the public sector. I am a chilled, friendly and easy-going person, who enjoys long chats, sharing a meal and going out for a pint, a coffee or a glass of wine. Actually, that?s exactly what I do with my flatmates and ideally I'd be looking for the same atmosphere in my new home :)

In my free time I go to the gym and I play tennis. I like learning languages, reading and drawing, as well as going out for a couple of pints or to a club during the weekends. I'm an avid traveller so I'll be out of the house one or two weekends a month.

In my daily life I start early (about 7 or 8 am) and go to bed around midnight. I am clean and tidy, and really enjoy cooking (when time allows me!).

I've been living in Europe for 5 years now and looking forward to find a great flatmate and hopefully a great friend with whom to spend my days in Edinburgh :D My budget is up to 750 for all concept (rent, council tax, expenses), so if you think we're a good match, go ahead and hmu!
