My flat mate ( 23F) and I (27F) are currently looking for a whole property with at least 2 bedrooms to rent from the 15th July for 12 months in Hull
I am currently working as an engineer and will be starting my masters part time in October alongside my full time employment and my flatmate is a full time employed PHD student.
Our total combined budget is £1200 per month with bills included and as we both drive we are flexible on location but would prefer it to be no more than a 15 minute drive to the University of Hull, preferably with quiet on street parking available or a drive way.
We are extremely clean people and very considerate tenants, no pets and non smokers.
