20yo student looking for a flat or studio

Hi!
I am looking for a double room in one bedroom flat or a studio room!

Needs to be on a way to edge hill university - walking distance from train station that goes straight to Ormskirk!
I am really clean person so trust me house will be spotless all the time! Currently working in a restaurant on Aintree so would love something not to far but I?m doing part time only on weekends so it?s not a priority. I don?t go out to often since I?m working most of the weekends but if you up for a drink in the evening on sofa while playing games I?m more than happy to join.

Im a big fan of Netflix/amazon prime so if you share my passion we will have long nights watching movies and eating popcorn.

I?m w pretty good cook, therefore I don?t cook every day, you can find me doing meals for 2/3 days or eating out.

I am second-year Computer Science student in Ormskirk (Edge Hill).
Don't mind pets - I really enjoy dogs or cats company!

I'm quite easy going person, just looking for some new friends that I can enjoy living with! I?m sure we will have a lot of fun together!
