I’ve been a reliable tenant in the same area since 2007 (19 years) — 13 years with one landlord and the last 6 years with my current landlord.

I’m tidy, independent, respectful, quiet, and very low-impact. I enjoy my own company and value a calm, peaceful environment.

🎸 I run a children’s music education business in Hornchurch and work hard, so home for me is somewhere to rest and recharge.

• Somewhere safe, stable, and suited to long-term living
