Looking for a room
Hi, I am looking for a place to move in from the 8th of February. I have now been working and living in Notting Hill for about 1.25 years, and would happily move to a comfortably distanced house. I am Italian and have lived here in UK for roughly 2 years(7 months in Cambridge before London)
I am a quite clean peaceful 22 years old mature male and very comfortable with the flat-sharing experience.
My current landlady, whom I have been a tenant of for my entire time here in London, would happily supply me with a reference. Reason for moving: the current financial situation is requiring my Landlady to sell the property.
I am a non-smoker(don't mind smokers).
Also; I have obtained the pre-settlement status, which entitles me to live in UK for(at least) the next five years.
