En-suite double in Copthorne/Crawley

I am a professional male aged 48 looking for a double room in the Crawley area. I have a budget of £700 per month. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I'm laid back and easy-going, tidy, and enjoy watching and playing most sports, socialising, and reading. I have two incredibly wonderful (and obviously equally incredibly well behaved!) young children aged 9 and 13 and would need somewhere that would be fine with occasional sleepovers.
