Looking for Double Room in Birmingham and around

Hiya! I am looking for a double room or a buddy to share a house with (it?s a must for me as I want a garden). If the room is en-suit will be just perfect, but if we share the bathroom I don?t mind as long as we keep it clean and neat. I am professional, quite chatty and smiley person but I definitely know the feeling ?I want my space? and appreciate it. Will be nice if we have friendly after work chats, but it is also fine to have each a quiet eve. I am very clean (another must for me). kitchen and bathroom and the overall house need to be clean and we can come up with a system. I have been living by myself for the past 4 years and I would like to change this by having a lovely housemate and a nice garden where we can share a cheeky beer after work. Nothing against guys, but I do prefer to share with females.
