Quiet and Comfortable room wanted

Hi, I'm looking for a comfortable double room in a cared for home with just one or two others. Please no HMO agents.

Would like a living room and a friendly relationship with new landlord/flatmate but also my own space to relax in. I'm not silent as a mouse type but really don't want to live in a loud/party house. Too old for it. If you've time for a chat over a cuppa then great but obviously no obligations.

I generally keep things clean and tidy as they need doing and so would like to use the washing machine/kitchen etc.

A parking space is a must and good road access as I'll spend the occasional weekend up north with family.

Please no lunatics or cats (sorry), decent doggos should be fine though. Anything else you'd like to know about me please ask.
