Professional, Sociable, Tidy Couple Looking for 1

I'm Kat, 23, and my boyfriend, Carmine, is 26. I'm the Assistant Manager at a pub in East London & he is a Professional Chef. We're looking for a clean, nicely finished 1 bed flat (whole property), preferably something with a bit of character or history. We're friendly, tidy, & respectful of others. We're very reliable tenants - we always pay rent on time, take great pride in our home to always keep it looking nice. When we're not working, we love cooking, making drinks and exploring all London has to offer. We would love to find somewhere in a nice, lively area, with interesting shops, pubs and parks nearby.
