Student Female seeks a double room

I am a female student aged 23 looking for a single or double room. I am in fourth year at Abertay University and I am available to move from December with a budget of £450pcm. I would prefer to share with either males or females ideally student and between 18 and 27 years old.

I am friendly and easy to get on with and respect people’s space, I like sport such as hockey, netball, swimming. I also enjoy going to the gym hikes. I like cooking and trying new recipes. I like going out for drinks with friends and nights out but also having nights in where I can study and chill with flat mates.
