Room / studio in Hull

I am working and studying in Finland, and have taken a month in between July and August in order to make contacts in the UK and consider it as a potential place to keep on developing myself as a professional in a middle therm future.
The date I have set as "available to move on" is the soonest I could take, but I have up to two weeks of flexibility with the date, being the preferred one about a week later than the date I have marked.

I can bring references from my current roommate (I also have more references from older roommates, but their English is quite bad).

Although I am a musician, you will not have any problems witho noise, since I mainly work with headphones and will not take any non-electrical instruments with me =)
