Working Away - Require Spare Room to Stay

I will be working away in Derby, Currently live in Wales.
Require a spare room to stay in from April till possibly September. More details can be enclosed shortly on what weeks. I would require to stay Monday to Friday going home Friday Mid Day, So the room will be back to normal/empty during weekends. At some points i may require to stay sunday night or friday night but a maximum of 4-6 weeks towards handover of project.

My shifts will be 06:30 till 18:00 - I will return home around 06:30 for possibly a shower and will require use of a kitchen, i will mostly stay in room watching TV which i can provide, playstation etc. Broadband will be required to complete some work, leisure etc. I may occasionaly during week nights go outdoors and cycle or run to keep some sanity! :)

I will occasionally at some point require to go outside for a cigarette. I am not too loud, and happy to keep to my self if required.
